Bread & Butter

In this era of booming economy everybody is earning more than enough for the livelihood. I hope this trend will continue till the time when the country will achieve the tag of a "Developed country" and nobody will go to bed with empty stomach.
In recent times the number of people living below poverty line has come down. The government is on the right track to further reduce the number of people living below poverty line.

Most of the young population, who are working in metro cities, are working away from their home because the job opportunities are not their in their small home towns. They think that they are growing with the company but in actual they have not been able to add "Butter"(the home) to the "Bread"(job).

Metros are growing as they already have the talented people from all over the country but the small towns are losing on this front because of less job opportunities. Government should encourage new industries in the small towns also by providing various advantages to the companies if they open their unit in desired area. This way the companies will have more profit and off course adding butter to the bread will not be a problem.

3 Idiots

Most famous novel from Indian contemporary writer turned out to be most controversial movie of the recent times.
Yes we are talking about the newly released film "3 idiots". If you have seen the film it looked a clear 50-60 % adaptation from the novel but the film makers are denying it completely.
According to the Director "Rajkumar hirani" there are similarities but not more than 5%.

Chetan bhagat is not satisfied with the credit he got from the producer of the film.
according to "vidhu vinod chopra", "We have given the the due credit and that too before date, his claims are baseless". The makers are also showing the copy of contract with the writer.
So what is it which is troubling the author of FIVE POINT SOMEONE.

What he wants,

NAME, FAME, or Profit share ?

The General Elections 2009

The Indian Democracy is the biggest one in the world. The general elections in INDIA is certainly a world event. The general Elections are one of the main reasons why Mr. Modi had to share his profit with the Republic of South Africa.
First phase of Elections has shown a 2% rise in the number of voters as compared to the previous Elections, A lot of efforts being made to make this this event a success in terms of number of voters. From Election commission to bollywood stars, From news groups to NGOs, everybody is making their efforts count by asking the common man to gather around the polling booths and cast their vote. I also want to make contribution by urging the readers to go and use their franchise.
I also want to contribute to the cause by suggesting an interesting method to increase the number of voters.
A  few Countries in the world are about to experience the power of Mobile Broadband while India is still in the starting phase of 3rd generation of mobile communication, but that is enough to implement the idea.
The Government should give the voters another option of casting their votes through their mobile phones. This will definitely increase the number of voters. It can easily monitored and governed by their telecom operator. The msg should be toll free and the EC just need to add one more detail to the Voter ID Card and that is the mobile number of the voter. In case of rural areas the traditional way can be continued.

At least it should be given a try in one or two state elections if their are no technical problems.
